hello everyone.. it's rendy posting again faithfully.. hahaha.. today got back home a bit early.. so no one to fight computer with me.. and tok for a while with mitsuru on phone.. she said that i don't feel excited at all in my posting.. i do feel excited.. but i not goods in words in expressing my excitement.. anyway.. i can tell you that i am real real excited today.. when i am recalling now.. i think i need to dig a hole in the ground to hide my head cos i think i really out of control today..

when i know abt the schedule for concert.. i had planned to go for tokyo stadium and oso go la bonita on a day before concert.. and that day happened to be a wednesday.. so can go to tmc as la bonita i am going is in the same area.. but always feel that i won't be lucky enough to see our five true love as it is a day before concert.. and friends are advising that might not see them.. but anyway.. think that since in that area.. why don't juz try luck..
went there with makis, x_aka and kyoko in the morning.. met mappy, tsy, makkun and inagoro there.. we started waiting.. there was quite a crowd there.. mixture of nationality.. got to know some taiwan and hong kong fans.. even saw juila from sata smap there.. the first person to come in is tsuyoshi.. he was wearing a hat.. a type that shd be wore by nakai.. most of us thought that it is nakai.. but i saw his back, hair coming out of hat is close to black.. and i had seen nakai for quite a number of times these 2 weeks.. i can tell for sure that it is tsuyoshi not nakai.. we sort of argue for a while.. and decided that we will know if we continue to wait..
the next person to come in is kimura.. i was standing at a different position from the rest.. kimura was sitting next to the driver, drinking from super fire can (according to mappy).. and they were saying that they can see his front view clearly.. from my position, blocked by the driver.. i oni saw a hand with a can and cigarette.. the way of holding the cigarette was so familar.. the next moment..kimura sit up and got his side view.. then he walked out and turn to talk to the driver.. i can see his front view clearly.. he was smiling.. and in such a good mood.. i look at him walking into tmc and down the corridor.. and when he is out of sight, i quickly run over to mappy side and said that he is so kakoii.. and all of them agree.. but when i tried to think hard.. i can't remember what he wore.. really.. i know he wore a sweat cap.. and sunglasses.. the others.. nothing.. think concentrate too much on his face and back view.. hahahha.. (side track abit.. actually takeshi sorimachi came in the same time as kimura.. but his car deen stop at front door but juz drove in..)
the next person who came is shingo.. he wore a black sweat cap.. i got good side view at my position and saw him walking down the same corridor as kimura (tsuyoshi walked up to the second floor).. mappy and makkun run over to my side to see shingo walking in.. and we discovered that he was limping.. the further he walk.. he limp even more.. wondering is it becos he sleep until his legs become numb??
after shingo is nakai..(that means i am correct that the first person is tsuyoshi).. his van stop right in front of the door.. so i run over to mappy side to catch a better view.. all of us saw his side view and shouted ohayo.. then the next thing i know is nakai turn around and looked at us.. i can tell you.. my legs was numb at that moment.. he looked great with his sudden turn around.. and he walked down the same corridor as kimura and shingo..
then we continue to wait for goro to come.. i was talking to a few taiwan fans when a car (the others all vans.. this is a car) drove in.. at the back seat i saw a very familar person.. then when he walked out.. i got his side view.. it is goro.. he came in a car?? anyway.. he went up the same stairs at tsuyoshi.. after that run up to mappy and asked inagoro whether she got glimpse of goro.. and she say she did.. all of us were happy.. we got to see our five true love.. though tsuyoshi was juz a back view... but it is still a good present before concert..
then we proceed on to la bonita for lunch.. and guess who we saw.. kimura takuya's mother.. i was told by the few taiwan fans that the lady is kimura's mother.. i deen really believe in it as she looked so young... and she deen really looked like kimura.. but instead of guessing.. i walked up and asked her directly with my limited japanese.. "are you kimura takuya mother??" she say yes.. my legs went numb immediately.. cos i am talking to my ichiban's mother.. and i studied her closely.. she really have the same type of face shape and mouth of kimura.. when i went back to my table.. i told the others.. the lady is really kimura's mother.. and when she serve us our water.. we will like shaking away when holding the cup.. and with my limited japanese i explained that we are from singapore and are here for concert.. and some of us got choked on the drinks (including myself).. and coughing away.. she would asked if we are okie.. and we look so embrassed when she start looking at us.. i explained that we are nervous and embrassed.. she start looking at some of us until we looked away.. she also explained that she is feeling nervous and embrassed too.. when she left our table to go to another table.. we all concluded that kimura's playful character must had been inherited from his mum.. we have a great time at la bonita.. the food was good.. and when we left the place.. kimura's mother even see us to the door..
today marked my last day of catching smap in person.. cos tomorrow would be concert for 4 days.. and i would be touring around and going to disneyland before making my way back to singapore on wednesday (still have my jlpt test not studied!!!).. i won't be posting on concert as i think there are a lot out there..
here i hope to thanks masako chan, my travelling companions and all those have fed me with information on catching smap in person.. i am really thankful and without help from all of you.. i don't think i can enjoy my trip so much.. thank you very much..

For most of you at Freebird ..............you do not know Rendy..........
(tho......... most at Channel SMAP know her............)
the one who seldom post.......because she really find it a chore to do posting......
This thread is really a lot of effort for her................*laugh*........tho hearing the story from her personally is a visual event............she uses alot of body language..... both audio and visual..............with fireworks thrown in..........in all a very generous and gargarious person......
Her english is best described as................Chinese English ...........
because it is written as if she is speaking Chinese to you...........she did make a consious effort not to write like that in her SMAP diary.......here......
A little background...................about her preparations for this trip..............
Which was thought thru from Last year's tour..........(she made a lighting trip... then...zip in and out in a couple of days......).....
she was completely sure that she did not want to repeat that kind of experience........
This year was gonna be different............
Is RENDY a focused person?...........(I really dun know about other aspect of her life)...
but in this trip planning,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,she was SUPER focused..............
All the way till countdown time in Singapore.................she had EVERYTHING planned.........
It was to be her COMPLETE SMAP experience..................
She planned:
1. Meet the members............at TMC..........Wara ii Tomo........(more than once...just in case unlucky in the ballot...........etc.............all the outings were planned around that kinda schedule.)
For my sake she went on a Friday..........something like being my proxy.............at Wara ii tomo.........the experience for me to see thru her eyes.........for once instead of her seeing thru my eyes.............
2. Shop for SMAP goods.............official unofficial...backdated concert goods.....DVDs...(her list is very very specific....)
3. See the concerts..............so another huge hassle of trying to get tickets.........that in it self was a real pain...................(for me too.....even when it did not involve me.....Mian ne Rendy..)
4. Understand how to go about everything.....................
she communicated with P Chan Shin Chan and Paige.........etc...
Who were simply wonderful in letting her understand everything she needed to understand....................with that kind of instructions .............tat once you follow it exactly...............will get you to where you wanna be...........
something like a treasure map..................."X" marks the spot............just follow....
This kind of instructions is first hand experience...........timings ...trains ........number of steps.............with even markings on how to avoid that porthole on the road.......kinda thing.......
I really do not consider Rendy as LUCKY..............
rather she did her homework..............and planned for it............
so.........it was a lesser extent on luck............as .........making sure you get it right......
and puting yourself in a best possible position for success..............
the creed applies......................
Yi pu zuo.........er pu sieu...................
Either you choose not to do it completely.............OR you give it your best effort to succeed....
Half hearted effort.............................might glean you less than half hearted results..........
So..........if you are planning a trip............for next year.............
and have decided tat you want to repilcate tat kind of success in achieving what you set your goals to be............
You have to be focused.............and understand what you need to do....... to achieve it.....
it took her months of planning.............and alot of help..............
of course .......now you have so many members here...........who can give you first hand information about it.....................
come to think of it..................
Yeah..............alot of our members ........have really benefited.........from all these traveloge ...
Maybe we could compile our very own........."Lonely Planet's Guide to a SMAP Tour"...
I can't write that tho..............
I dun even have one star................*cry*

Ah Mitsuru, I agree with you...although a little luck doesn't hurt, it does require a lot of planning ahead of time....for my trip this September, I didn't do any preparations because I thought I'll be able to plan it once I was there, but then, I didn't get to do any of the stuff that Rendy did because I had no idea where anything was...so my first Japan trip was considered a failure....except that I got to see their concert thanks to Masako chan. Anyhow, after reading Rendy's encounters and adventures, it really motivated myself to actually sit down and plan my next trip....getting all the instructions to TMC and Alta Studio and other important Smap information....
Anyhow, minna san ganbatte ne!!! We'll all one day achieve in seeing our fav five~!!!! I can feel it!!!!

thanks mitsuru for posting such a long posting for me but i oni have to read thr.. not much absorbing cos someone is waiting for the computer.. but i still want to post some after thoughts for yesterday nite concert and also some small actions i saw on our five true love.. couldn't do it last night as by the time back to hotel was 11.45pm at night and when packed all stuff and ready for bed.. it is already 2am.. now having split headaches...
i deen been to much concerts,, this is my first outdoor concert.. and my seat are on the upper floor (actually got another pair on lower floor.. but went to see it, wasn't that good.. so choose the upper floor one as they are near during encore.. couldn't get rid of my extra tickets for 31st.. everyone want arena seats.. no one want stand seats... so i sort of choose the best from both my sets of tickets..) even though i am moving a lot during the concert.. i am wearing a scarf and jacket and i am still shaking becos of cold.. fingernails even turned purple.. today would be going with 2 jackets.. hope can be more warm.. met j-chan.. she is on the lower level.. and she say the weather is fine.. i think becos upper level more close to the open air so very cold..
during the mc.. our five true love complain cold.. all of them except for nakai has towel around them though nakai was the first one to say it is cold....
the following are the small action i saw..
1) kimura: i think it was cold.. he actually sneeze on stage, juz before a song.. (when we leave the venue.. it was drizzling..)
2) nakai: he is on the trolley going back to the front stage.. a fan from arena throw a towel at him.. he catch it.. and throw it back. when the fan got it back.. she was jumping in joy.. (actually that is forbidded)
3) shingo: at last encore.. before going back to backstage.. he tried to throw a cap to fans.. but it end up between the fans and stage.. he got the staff to pick up for him and he throw again.. cute of him.. and he is like rushing the staff to pick it up.. as all the rest are already in backstage
the mc was great yesterday, i think will check hiro corner later for better translation. oni catch bits and pieces with my limited japanese.. the fireworks were beautiful too.. 3 more nites of concerts... hope will be able to post some afterthoughts again.. tonite.. or tomorrow..

I remember.........her cheery message..........in the early part of this year.........."I'm off to Tokyo tomorrow.........wish me luck........."

........................I get to step into her shoes and experience her great "Tokyo Adventure"...........thru her extremely vivid account..................no hold barred..............all the ups and the downs...................
I remember thinking............"Gawd..........she's emotional.....".....when she learnt she missed the(her first) chance of a lifetime to have a "up close and personal" with Kimura Kun......and was crying in the train................................Now at that time..........I dun remember what P Chan looked like...........as I had only met her once..................but her face was....best described as round............and I suddenly imagined a puffer fish................with puffy eyes.........bawling in the train.........................
..................Later a patten emerged.........it sorta became ...........alot of missed "up close and personal " with Kimura Kun...................*laugh*.........YOU know that "fly stuck on an electric fence syndrome"............
Well ............I have a confession to make.......................
The SOLE purpose of the "Star rating" for SMAP fan meeting SMAP members...........
was to "bait"..............
for that particular someone to claim that one particular extremely elusive "Star"...................
.....................I am kinda peeved that she is not "biting"...........................
Well.................you know who you are...............................

hello everyone.. finally the net is up.. my understanding from the hotel owner. the net was fixed up until late last night.. luckily i am the first one to use the net today.. so i can post a bit more??!!!???!!
will try to recall the concerts for the past 2 nights.. even though i am excited after concert.. but the coldness really stand quite a big portion in my thoughts..
for 1/11.. it was raining in the morning and afternoon.. thus the wind is blowing at night, fireworks were even a bit different.. but if notice a bit closely.. they were the same juz that the wind blow until the fireworks looked different.... scarf with 2 jackets buttoned all the way up to neck oni manage to keep the body warm.. but the hands holding the bino is shaking away.. not due to tireness but coldness..
i was seated on the first level near to the left hamachi (facing the stage).. whoever run to the hamachi can be seen quite clearly without bino, but kimura fancy right side.. so i deen get much of him near the hamachi.. but good view during mc.... it was great.. during both the mc.. our five true love need towels to cover themselves.. u can even see them blowing out cold air.. and for kimura with the red jacket (after goro solo til lion heart), normally he would juz wear the jacket.. this time he made the collar in a way that it cover his neck.. for freebird.. normally juz a knot at the bottom.. now is a knot with 2 buttons buttoned up.. the floor was wet and u can see them sliding away..
for 2/11, though the sun was shining.. but the wind is blowing.. the weather is bit better than 1/11.. deen feel that cold before concert.. but as the time passed.. it got colder and colder.. and it even rain.. when our five true love were singing freebird (kimura this time has 4 buttons buttoned up).. they were singing in the rain.. but it oni rain for a short while.. the rain stopped when they got back to the trolley to go back to the main stage.. the second mc was very funny.. nakai actually asked kimura to be him and him being kimura.. they got quite a lot of jokes too and nakai muttered out that it might be a bonus track in the dvd.. (please fulfilled your words hoh, nakai)
mitsuru.. i really have to take my hats off tsuyoshi.. u see it was raining during first encore.. but at the second encore.. when tsuyoshi is out.. he is again topless.. juz oni a towel which would be thrown to audiences.... and he is always the last one asking for a towel to cover himself when the others already covered up.... i am really wondering.. he really don't scare of cold, seeing him 3 night topless???!???!!!??
my attention was always with kimura.. and i can tell you for the 4 concerts i had seen til now.. i never caught tsuyoshi doing flips.. (don't kill me, mitsuru).. by the time i realise i must see tsuyoshi doing flips..he already done it and nakai was already taping his shoes on one of the barriers.. and got to know from tsy via x_aka.. tsuyoshi did a 9 times flip last night.. how can i miss that.. tonight would be my last concert.. i will surely remember to notice tsuyoshi during his flips instead of chasing after my ichiban with the bino.. (please do your flips tonight, tsuyoshi)
it was really great to go to the concerts.. but the procedures before and after it was horrible.. we have to squeeze into trains and normally we are sandwitched for the entire journey from main station to tokyo stadium station.. when reach tokyo stadium station.. we have to go through a so-called 5 mins in 40 mins.. going back was the same plus going from main station back to our hotel station, sandwitched in trains.... and for the first night.. we bought posters... and instead of protecting ourselves not to be sandwitched.. we are protecting the posters... it is far horrible than in tokyo dome..
okie.. will stop here.. cos someone is waiting for the computer.. will try to post again tomorrow..

Ahhh... Mitsuru... Reading your post made me remember all those endless nights of planning for our hajimete trip to Japan. Every night for about 3 weeks before we left, we hit the books, the internet and even compiled our own travel guide!! We called it "The Bible"!! Really... It contained everything from the places we were planning on going, why we were going (just in case of time constrains we had to eliminate places) and exactly how to get there, bus numbers, train lines and transfers, the lot! We should release it huh... hehehe... "The SMAP fan's guide to Travel Japan" Hahahahahahaha.....
Yes... how true... I wasn't that much of a SMAP fan then.... Although I was a SMAP fan and a Shingo fan, I still was not crazy!!! NOT TILL I REACHED THERE AT LEAST!!! Not till I saw our 5 true love.... not till I saw Shingo!!! 
Can you imagine.... In April when we were there, Shingo was on the cover of Men's No-non and I told P-chan I wasn't going to buy it coz if I start, I won't stop and it'll be endless..... Hahahahaha... I fell straight into the SMAP abyss as soon as I said that.... head first! Can could I not after seeing Shingo! I'd be mad not too....
Chaperone?? No lah... I was just back from Sydney at that time and seriously didn't mind a holiday. Since P-chan was dying to go, I was like OK... we're on. I was by then hooked on SXS, watching it every night after work. But I did allocate most of Tokyo time to SMAPping anyways... Pioneers??? HAHAHAHAHA..... I feel like I have a beard!
But in all seriousness, members on this board have been extremely lucky... the adventures and encounters we've had are out of this world. I must add that Mitsuru's post about doing your homework is very true. You really can't be lazy... It pays off eventually..... Boy.... I miss Tokyo.... I miss SMAP.......

Hahahahha.... The Five True Love Live Multiangle Syndrome is a very very common illness.... P-chan and I have so many jokes about it... We seem to have watched the same concerts but very often, we talk and rave about different things... We're facing different sides during concerts.... I'd be like "Did you see that? Did you see what Shingo just did?" and she'll "No, but did you see what Takuya did?" and I'll be like "Err... No!"
Guess we're all infected by it...... And there's no known remedy for it! Hehehehe

hello everyone.. it is rendy doing posting for the last concert.. it was the best i been too.. and i think i would consider last concert again next year (provided my parents let me go.. they had so-called forbidded my japan trip.. as i had gone to japan for 2 years juz for concerts and keep complaining no money..).. there are a lot of to say.. my posting might be a bit messy, so please understand.. i still had not really recover from last night excitement.. (though today i did sleep until quite late)
firstly.. mitsuru.. i think none in the group miss tsuyoshi's flips (that was done in the middle of concert at center hamachi) x_aka will make a point to look at tsuyoshi.. makis would also put her bino down too.. cos his flips are great.. and yesterday night then i realise why i keep missing tsuyoshi flips.. cos the moment he was doing.. kimura was up in the crane at the side near my seats.. yesterday was really a great fight in myself to choose between tsuyoshi flip or kimura close up.. cos i was seating in arena (my first arena seats and thanks to miyuki for helping me in the tickets) and kimura was like juz over my head in the crane.. and at that moment when tsuyoshi would do the flip.. my head keep moving between the two of them.. kimura, tsuyoshi, kimura, tsuyoshi.. but in the end.. i choose tsuyoshi.. i saw his flip in the center hamachi then immediately turn my head back to see kimura.. but he is a bit further in crane but luckily still have a good view on him....
during the mc.. the group roughly updated their schedule for next year.. tsuyoshi a movie, goro a movie and musicial, kimura a drama and movie (not 2046.. he said that he had no idea on that movie), nakai a shiroi kaga special.. my apologies i can't really catch shingo schedule.. something on hr and....
yesterday night was cold again.. no rain but the wind is blowing.. u can see nakai and kimura hair blowing in the wind.. and i really have to take my hats off tsuyoshi again.. topless again in second encore.. and normally they sing 2 songs in second encore.. and this time round tsuyoshi throw out his towel slightly before the end of first song and he was topless for entire second song... the weather is really cold.. and i hope he won't catch a cold..
the last encore was the greatest.. it is the moment i will never forget.. each member take their turn to say something touching.... then they sung best friend together.. u can see tears in each members eyes.. i can feel the bond between the members.. my tears also fall down uncontrollably, singing along with them.. nakai was sobbing again and he couldn't sing.. i joined the crowd in shouting gambatte nakai-kun.. kimura was broke down a bit though we can't really see his tears.. but when his solo part.. u can hear from his voice.. and he did have 1 to 3 words can't be sung out.. and i also keep shouting gambatte kimura-kun.. same for tsuyoshi.. goro and shingo.. though they can still sing.. but their eyes are really watery... then after another song.. it was the champage part.. nakai was stripped unti he is left with oni a underwear.. and they keep pouring champage and water onto each other head down.. though it is really cold but u can see that they are really have great fun and all of them are smiling again..
i really have a great time this year.. and yesterday becos the feeling was so great.. we decided to have our meals near tokyo stadium.. end up we are rushing like hell in order not to miss the last train back to hotel after the meal.. hahahha.. today we give ourselves a treat to sleep late though still got a few places in iterary to tour.. but would surely be back by 10pm to watch SxS..
also yesterday marked the last day for me on seeing our five true love live in person.. i would be going back to singapore on wednesday.. though i had said it a lot of times.. but i do want to say again.. thank you very much.. for my travelling companions.. for those on the board whom i had met in japan, for the new friends i had make in japan and for those who are not in japan but giving me a lot of help and support.. i really thank you all deep within my heart... THANK YOU!!!!

Sugoi ne Rendy!!! Thank you so much for updating your Japan adventure with us so faithfully!!! As I've posted something similar on Channel Smap Forum to Mappy and Tsy....I can't even imagine how it feels to be there for the special moment when the five members sang "Best Friend"...I was saying that the five members were crying because of everything they've went thru in the past year....I don't think they thought they could actually stand on stage...all five of them....and perform their hearts out!!! They've worked so hard over the past year....and they've endured so much!!! And I think they've realized how much each member mean to them....god, I wish I was there too to cheer them on as they sang "Best Friend".....I can't believe Nakai was crying too!!! It must have been such a touching moment!!! God, this just made me realized how much SMAP has endured....and I love them even more!!!!

Hello all......its been a while since I visited ...=)
Haven have time to really go thorugh all the posts made here.....finally did....
Agree with Mit...Rendy has really really planned very well for her trip this year.....
Something me and fellow travelers will make an effort to do more for next year.
We have the luck, coz our planning wasn't as detailed...then again.......we were ALL first timers so realy have no idea AT ALL wat to expect. Other than checking up train lines, stations, places to visit, read up on websites , getting info from other fans, we were in fact quite lost....
But like I said, we were lucky to meet few nice people who helped us along the way......
Concert experiences.....most have been posted on either boards....enounters also........
I must say.....SMAP concerts -something SMAP fans will celebrate about , and talk about and linger about for a long long time to go........which reminds me of that song again ......

Guess we can continue to talk about this till the next concert and the cycle starts all over again??
Actually I ever though of a combined SMAP concert tour to Japan.....I know I know I am being too dreamy........bt can u imagine, the fun if one whole big group of SMAP fans go to the concert together wearing similar attires, holding home make Uchiwas......and spelled out-SIngapore??? Sugoi ne!

Been a long time since i visited this forum.... sorry... i dun mean to disappear but was sick from the 1st sat i was back in sg until this week... saw doctor twice and on mc twice in the same week ... really broke my record & now in the midst of work re-scheduling so it was really hard for me to come back to check on all the wonderful postings ...
Alrite, i shall stop my grandma's story and start by sharing bits & pieces of my japan's trip... so if you are interested, read on! hehehehe...
Firstly, must say "Thanks" to my travelling companions for making this trip an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. And also to those frens on this board whom we met during the trip for TMC, La Bonita & also concerts. And not forgetting those new frens i got to know at concert venues.
For TMC encounter, it was really interesting. Nothing beats the real experience of being there for yourself and i definitely saw how crazy everyone can gets whenever any member gave a response when someone calls out his name. Like Nakai, his turn to look at our side really made all our knees go weak.... hahahaha... and Kimura really knows how to present himself, i bet everyone at the same waiting area as i am, had a great view of his arrival and walking into the lobby. Shingo looked cute with his sleepy eyes. Too bad, Tsuyoshi went in too fast and from my side, it was really hard to think that it was him at first. As for Goro chan, looked elegant when he came out from the car.... 
For the concerts, it was SUPERB!!! Guess going to a concert with all the devoted supporters is definitely enjoyable as everyone will scream for their ichiban, sing along with actions and moves with the music. The atmosphere was definitely great! I can say that the concerts were the best i ever been in my whole life and mind you, it can be addictive!! Ask Rendy, think she has the answers.... hehehe....
Nakai definitely made everyone laughed with all his facial expressions & actions. He is really good at dancing too and everyone definitely gave him loads of encouragement whenever he finished a solo part. And he is definitely pleased at the responses he got from the audiences..... 
Kimura surely kills with his eyes.... hahaha.... he simply knows when to make eye contacts at the right time and got all the pple going crazy for him.... superb in all his dances and singing... he is really all-rounded and great looking too. (Guess my 3 travelling companions will be nodding their heads now.... hehehe)
Tsuyoshi is definitely 'warm'..... wonders how he can endure the cold weather, topless for all nites when he came out for 2nd encore..... and he is great with his back-flips! I managed to catch him in action on the 3rd night when he did it for the 1st time in Tokyo Stadium. I was really amazed at his smooth moves and was really stunned when Tsy told me that he did 9 flips!!! Wow!!! And of cos, i did not miss it when he did it again on the last night, especially when Nakai shouted out his name and Tsuyoshi did it again!
Shingo, had definitely captured audiences' attention whenever the cameras focused on him. He did faces, gave out kisses & sang while looking into your eyes (thru the big screens can really make you goes weak... hehehe... ) .... he is so adorable and really funny.
Goro chan, what can i say? i really like the way he smiled. And he was so adorable on the last nite especially. He did this funny action during the mc that was really hilarious!
Actually there were so many things in my mind but found that my posting had became far too long and maybe you would have fallen asleep? hehehe... so i shall stop here....

finally, this thread is revived!!! i was thinking i will be the one making the last post.. until i saw Mappy and x_aka's posting today...
Mappy.. it is of cos great to have a group to go to concert together.. in 2001, my first concert trip.. there was day sales which you will queue up for the tickets.. there was 7 of us going for the concert.. and we all queue for those tickets and given seats that was in a row.. 7 of us in a row.. it was fun then.. but this year.. there was a change of policy that the day tickets is no longer queuing up.. Thus if you really want a group.. i think the max would be 4 person per group (as tickets come in group of 4).. maybe finding tickets in the same block would be a bit easier than finding tickets in the same row.. but still a challenge as the venue can be big..
x_aka.. finally you came out to complain... haha.. did my screams during the concert deaf you?? i still remember when i first brought you all to see nakai at studio alta.. i nearly squashed you on the sight of nakai..
by the way.. x_aka was siting with me on the first night in tokyo stadium.. that was her first Smap concert.. i was there jumping, screaming and dancing with the music and she was there standing still watching.. i keep asking her to move.. but she juz stood.. wanting to enjoy the atmosphere of the concert and asked me enjoyed myself.. Maybe we were a bit far from stage.. and had not turned her on??
on the second night.. i manage to have 4 tickets in a row which me, x_aka, makis and kyoko were seated together.. again x_aka was seated next to me.. this time more movements from her.. maybe we are closer to the stage??
third and fourth night.. i think had really turned her on.. if not she won't be here posting that the concerts can be addictive.. haha
something to add here.. might be my negative side working on me again.. but do want to let all who will be planning for their first concert/smap trip.. all encounters stated this thread are the positive side of the coin, with a bit of luck.. there is still a negative side.. the hardships that must be conquered before and after the concerts.. I think all the concerts-goers would agree.. The time, effort and money spent on various reasons juz for the sake of going for concerts or even to catch a glimpse of them..

haha.. i think me and mappy online at the same time.. and sort of using this thread for chatting purpose...
mappy.. actually in concert venues.. there are cameras around.. those used for TV ones.. i saw a few times when i am in Tackey and Smap concerts.. and have to avoid it whenever i see them.. and the cameramans wear staff clothes.. so if we can get into one of those camera.. smap will see it..

ok... frankly speaking, the only thoughts i got after reading Rendy's posting is that.... "Rendy, why are you observing if I got 'turned on' or not??? Me not machine, you know.... hehehe.... And you may have observed me on the 1st and 2nd night cos i was sitting beside you (also so-called standing in front of you cos facing the stage) BUT on the 3rd & last night, guess we were not sitting together, rite?! think we were like "miles" apart, rite?! how come you know that I was "turned on"?????? errr..... you are scaring me rite now... you know?!?!? how come you observed me & not your Kimura???? this is really puzzling.... hmmm...." (hairs standing already >.< ) ..... and let me say this, if i dun move with music, it does not mean that i am not enjoying the event..... it could be that i am enjoying the event quietly in my own world ..... just my thoughts.... ;p ....
Abt being addictive to attending concerts was because you had shared with us all your experiences in concerts in different venues..... and i am sure you are far more addictive than me..... hehehe....
Lastly, Rendy, i did not complain abt anything in my last posting, i guess...... wonders why you thought i finally came out to complain?
Alright, enough of me making fun of Rendy who showered me with her intensive attention.... hehehe....
Minna san.... really glad that i am able to made it for this year's trip and really felt that i was so lucky to be able to see all 5 of them during my 1st (& only) encounter in TMC and also able to see them live in concerts for all the 4 nites in Tokyo with the help of Rendy and also other frens at the concert venues. Though i am not sure if i can be able to go to SMAP concerts in future again but i can be sure, for those who can make it once, will cherish the experience dearly. So minna san, go go go for it! (but be prepared to plan a lot before you go over, ok?! hehehe)

Don;t know where to post this message, but i am super happy that i recieved 'Kimura-Takuya's OPEN AREA', it is sent by a Professor in Japan. She is very nice. I kept smiling last night, like I told the professor that I can't read japanese, but she said if i like Kimura-kun, i should have it ^.^, how warm is it?! we sent mail to each other now, really make this friendship via SMAP
I met the professpr in the flight to Japan, to SMAP's concert, I told her my purpose to Japan, which is SMAP and Expo 2005.

Wow agnesjjanes,this professor is really sweet !! Japanese can be very anal but I still feel most of them have a very generous and kind heart. It's something in Japan culture that I admire alot,most of them will go thru great distance just to help U out. Sugoii ne....
