About half an hour went by and I saw Mr. Producer come back from within the offices and he started mulling around again in the lobby...wow someone's definitely leaving now right? And he actually came outside and started talking to us fans. He asked us who we were waiting for and we all shouted our ichibans names. TAKUYAAAAAA!, I screamed. Then he told us that Goro and Nakai-kun were gonna finish shortly and then he skipped Tsuyoshi but he said something regarding Shingo and Takuya but he said it so fast I missed it. I thought, perhaps he also mean they were leaving soon as well.
So the first car to pulled out to the driveway was a van ,and it was Goro to leave first. Jeez, as he approached the lobby, I thought he was the Prime Minister or someone cuz he came down the stairs from the 2nd floor with an entourage of guys surrounding him. Of course typical Goro, black outfit with dark shades, perfect hair and dashing as usual. Jya ne Goro-Goro.
Next, we saw another kuruma drive up, of course it was Nakai-kun's perfectly clean ride, gosh Johnny's Jimusho does do a great job at car washing! Haha, it wasamazing that he was going to drive himself home this time, does this happen often?! Perhaps he's got another private party to head off too deshyo? Nakai was in almost all white, with a hat of course and he staggered around the lobby a few minutes so we all got to say a lot of "Otsukares" to him when he exited the door to come outside. He acknowledged us briefly and Mr. Producer went around to close his door when he got seated. Then leader got settled in his car and revved up the engine a bit as fans ran to the driveway and then as cool as he could be, he sped off down the street like an F-1 racecar!
After this, almost all the fans left as the staff went back inside. OH CRAP...was this the end???? I was practically the only one left standing around. But then it was only like 10:30pm. Shortly then a couple of girls came by and saw me there and asked me if Takuya had left already and I said no, I'm still waiting for him. They were like Yokatta! so we all waited together. Little did I know that I would make some incredibly cool new friends on that uncontrollably cold 7 degree night. These chicks were two sisters and awesome and friendly unlike some raunchy and rude fans who normally ostracize you for being either foreign or just looking like you don't belong there. Gosh, can't we just all get along and appreciate our fine looking men in peace?
So we talked a bunch and then around 11 we saw Mr. Producer return to the interior lobby, oh boy here comes TK I can feel it. But my friends said that they don't see his car, when did he change vans? so I was worried, oh not him yet. Then strolling very tiredly through the hallway came Tsuyo-pon, he was in a jogging outfit along with his manager. He casually walked out and as we three were the only ones left standing he just stood outside the lobby door and walked towards his van and us 3. I had secretly arranged for us to speak some Korean so on count "Seno...Kamsamida Tsuyoshi!!", he gave us a so cho-kawaii expression. He actually like stood there not wanting to leave as we all just went crazy talking to him. Nothing rude or obnoxiously loud, but we just said things like can't wait to see your drama and Live Concert this year was Saiko and great, Gambatte ne! Then he was off.

Then unexpectedly Mr. Producer came over to us 3 and spoke to me and our dialogue was: "That's all girls, you should go home now. But I'm waiting for Takuya please let me stay, I'm from America. And we totally chatted up a storm, he asked me where exactly in the states was I from, and I said California and he asked which city, I said San Francisco. He looked impressed and said well Takuya and Shingo are still working and it's going to be really late you may miss your train. I said don't worry I'm fine I must wait cuz I brought Takuya a hand-made gift. And he said well you may not be able to give it to him...I still don't mind please let me wait. He said very well then, all I can say is he's going to be really late." And he went back inside to the offices.
We three were freezing our butts off for the next hour or so until...around midnite Takuya's pudgy short manager Fukushima-san came out with who I know now is Shingo's manager. They both came to us and starting firstly staring us down and Shingo's manager told us: "Yo...Omae, nani atteno?? Kaeru yo, mou osoikara!" which means "what the heck are you still doing here? go home!" But then I went through the same exercise again saying I'm from the states and that I traveled to see my ichiban, please let me stay and give him my gift. Then Fukushima, Takuya's manager looked surprised but then believed me and told me Takuya's going to be another hour, you'll freeze. I didn't care, what's another hour right? I could barely feel my feet anyway but since I have no other fans to fight for a good viewing point I didn't care I was prepared to pay the taxi right back to Roppongi Hills. And my friends actually came with their dad who was sooo nice to drive them. Then the 2 guys went back inside for awhile.
Then as time was ticking it soon was 12:45am and Shingo's manager came outside and he and Fukushima went to get the vans! Shingo's and Takuya's van were now parked in front of the lobby! Ohhh I recognize the license plate. But as soon as Shingo's manager drove the van to the driveway, he went inside for a brief moment and then came back and drove the car away. HUH? Where was shingo then, did shingo already leave then? But who cared at that point, takuya's van was still there and was ready to roll, I ain't leaving! At that point I just kept jogging in place, my only source of heat, damn knew I should've picked up those instant heat packs at matsu-kiyo!
Clock strikes 1am OH MAN, it's showtime! Mr. Producer came back through the lobby and back out once again to talk to me. He said "boy it should be more freezing in CA shouldn't it, I said yep just like Tokyo it snows too. But now I actually moved to HK and told him that despite waiting for Takuya last year when he came to promote 2046, I missed seeing him. Mr. Producer said, wow impressed at your language abilities, you also speak Cantonese or Mandarin, I said both and he said you're Nihongin (Japanese) right?, I shook my head, he said hmm...chinese? Yep sekai! He said ahh,... then I asked him 'HK ni asobi ni kitekudasai', pls come visit HK. He told me he's never been to HK but have visited Beijing once. I said I agree it's gorgeous in Beijing as I also visited for the first time last year, but I can't live there as winters would kill me. I much prefer Tokyo." We just continued to chit chat and then soro soro, he told me to stand over by the driveway if I wanted to see Takuya, then I hesitated without knowing what was to happen next. But like a lightning flash, my friend Chizuru shouted KITA!!

Here comes the love of my life himself walking down the corridor, Takuya is sooo amazingly HOT! I still can't remember what he was wearing except that he was wearing dark shades...dammit couldn't see the eyes and carrying a bag over his shoulder. He walked for what seemed like an eternity down the corridor. Same walk as I remembered it from seeing him at that exact place a year ago. Gently slouched and cool as ice! As soon as the sliding doors opened and Takuya walked out, I completely went beserk!,.. politely but still beserk nonetheless. I think I said Otsukare and said like Takuya genki no? America kara kitan desu. He definitely looked my way and I believe slighted nodded in acknowledgement, but I don't think he heardme as Chizuru was screaming other greetings.
As he was still standing in the doorway, Mr. Producer walked over to the end of the driveway and we ran over with him as Takuya was still in the doorway, of course I grabbed my omiage gift hoping to throw the entire bag like a hail mary basketball pass into his van. So as Takuya got into the passenger seat, I saw that the window was closed, oh man, would it be like last time where all I would get is just a glimpse in the un-tinted window??? But.......
IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT this time!!! As I was standing there with Mr. Producer, the van drove by and I was standing on Takuya's side and Mr. Producer flagged Fukushima to stop the van and signaled Takuya to open his window and then like a slow motion video Takuya rolled it down and I saw a totally brief and hazy in my recollection, but certainly an amazing crystal clear view of him. Don't ask me what he was wearing or what he did as I was still in shock at the window movement. Then Mr. Producer said..."Ano kata America-kara kitandesu kedo..." which means this person came from America. And then Takuya looked at me, I said Otsukare and he then proceeded to ACKNOWLEDGE me directly with a nod and an OTSUKARE too!!! YABBAI...I could've died but I kept my composure, I think my friend was in a coma and couldn't utter a word as she looked on and listened to our dialogue. I continued to talk with composure, I told him in Japanese that I came from the states, and that I totally love your work and I hope you continue to Gambare, and lastly I brought a small gift for you... and then I reached for my bag and leaned it into the window gesturingly, and he without hesistation grabbed it with both hands!!! Oh man, it was amazing, but I think he never expected it and had a bit of *huh* expression, a cute one of course! As p-chan says, none of them almost NEVER EVER take gifts, especially after leaving past midnite! And then I just had a totally automatic reaction, I totally threw my right hand into the van, now thinking back (I should've totally molested him or touched his face, six pack or a bit lower!!!) But I was polite and held my palm out and he instantly reached with his right hand, the hand with the Number Nine ring on his right wedding finger and shook my hand! It was the warmest moment in my life, his fingers were so gentle and yet the grip was softly firm and we shook for like forever, I didn't want to let go, and then he nodded and said Otsukare!!!!!!!! I said Otsukare, arigato!!! OH MAN....what a dream!!!
Then my friend Chizuru awoke from her coma and also threw her hand in there to shake him, I don't think she would have had the nerve to do the same if I didn't initiate the first move. Afterwards he rolled up the window and Fukushima drove them off into the moonlit street...AHHHHHH KIMOCHI NE......

So, I wonder now does Takuya know how to turn my light board on? It's bright as heck, it may fricken blind Fukushima as he's driving and man I don't want to cause an accident or perhaps it may help with traffic as other drivers may think they are a police car coming through! Haha! well I sure do hope Takuya has read my personal message that I wrote for him on the back of the board in glittery silver, that, gals I will keep secret between him and I...
I completely thanked Mr. Producer a gazillion times for being so kind and deeply bowed and waved him goodbye. After he went inside, Chizuru was like running and jumping in the streets, she's 19 for God sakes and she's loved SMAP for 12 years, yes from 7 years old she said, to her last night was her biggest climatic Takuya moment! Then I saw her dad's van come by and she waved without speaking a word to me and got in. wow that was fast, I thought she's off, and we didn't even get to cheer and babble on about what had just miraculously happened! But then surprisingly her Otousan dad rolled his window down...man I've got window karma or something!! he asked me if I would like a ride back home. I'm like HONTOU??? But it's pretty far and he was soooo kind, I mean I totally wouldn't have expected the offer but they were so kind to drive me back, it was like almost 2am. As soon as we got in the car, Chizuru started crying uncontrollably. Actually, I thought I would too react similarly, but minna please read my final paragraph to understand my emotional thought process later. Perhaps it's how much I've changed with him and also a byproduct of having seen and met so many different artists and talents, and seeing how truly human they all are and realizing that we fans can be and stand in the same room calmly like normal intelligent but yet similarly equally interesting beings.
We all yapped about SMAP throughout the car ride including Chizuru's otousan and then as we were driving Chizuru screamed, OHHHH we knew it was shingo's van. it was parked directly outside a local ramen shop. Could it be??? Chizuru was like that's definitely gotta mean shingo's in there. And before she said anything her dad was preparing the u-turn. Man, their dad is like saiko and the coolest guy around, he goes to SMAP concerts with them and treats them so well, he even bought the two sisters A Block concert seats this year on yahoo auctions for like a trillion dollars. He told me that normally they would go to multiple shows together but because of this year's cost they only managed the one who, but dang it, front row, can't beat those unforgettable memories which in Chizuru's mind, was equivalent to last night's dream come true experience! She and I have never had such an encounter with SMAP!
So we approached the ramen shop and her dad told us to all go check it out, so we walked up to the shop and peered inside but saw no shingo...then I turned around and shockingly said, OOPS! Inside the van was the manager staring at me like what the hell are you doing here, in the passenger seat was not shingo girls, it was some random chick. HMMM...bimyo...what's this guy doing in the fricken middle of the night parked out on the side of the road sitting in Shingo's van without Shingo?? Anyway, we all honestly didn't care and left. It's so crazy funny cuz as we drove on cuz Chizuru kept screening cars and she saw a hummer 2 and her dad said, nope, wrong license plate. Man, I still laugh at how funny their papa is, he even knows their personal license plate numbers! They are truly experienced SMAP stalkers...hahaha!
Well, as I come to a close, words can't describe my kimochi, but I will try nonetheless. It's funny how much of a contrast I have with my friend's reactions, our lives are truly enjoying different decades, as in our age difference. I would've had the exact same reaction a few years ago at her age, but my recollection is that I met a wonderfully nice and amazing artist whom I truly admire. I am not embarrassed or shutter with glee and blush when in his presence, but I look him in the eyes and can collectedly speak to him and attempt to understand his complex character. Takuya's work spans all language barriers and cultural differences and I've watched him grow (and in many ways I've grown with him) into an undeniably handsome man, confident and diligent in his work, un-forsaking any compromise to deliver quality and happiness to all those that appreciate him. I am amazed at how he embellishes his admirers, fans and even non-fans with every movement and glance that he makes. I end this truly unforgettable journal entry now, I hope you partake in my experience with as much delight as I do, to Takuya with all my love...

Sugeeee~ Kawaii S!!!! Thanx so much for sharing your experience. I'm so urayamashii. I really admire you -- waiting in such a dark and cold place. You truely have faith in Takuya right??? Still, you also managed to be polite to him, such a fan (^o^)/ If Shingo shook my hands I wouldn't wash them for a couple of days ha ha. (just kidding though)
One more thing, I think you should have you dinner at that ramenyasan just in case if Shingo showed up. Maybe he just went to a restroom or something hahaha.

hey. congrats on your encounter. glad you managed to see him.
i had to edit your message because of a few reasons. and to those of you who are going or planning to go to tmc, i have some things to say.
1. it is a residential area. you may say otsukare or something, but please dont scream. please dont speak in loud voices. especially past 10 pm.
2. the going home time that fans are supposed to leave is 10 pm. the managers are usually very strict about this, but i understand that if you are overseas and it's not like you will be able to go again, then by all means stay past that time, but please keep quiet and understand that people stay in that area and if i were them, i would hate all screaming fans outside, especially if that screaming fan isnt speaking in japanese.
3. japan is a very very different society from what all of you might think it is. everything is about rules. RULES. you do not break the rules. you might say you are from a foreign country, and you dont need to abide by those rules. but these rules have been written by society and everyone respects them. being a foreigner here does not give you the right to break any of it. for example, if you are on heroin and you bring some drugs into singapore. you think the police are going to blink an eyelid if you said you're not singaporean and hence the law does not apply to you? heck no. by day two you would be hanged.
4. there is such a thing as fan-class. like a social class. there are head fans. fans who have been fans since smap was formed, fans who know all their info and where they are going to be. then there are friends of head fans. and a lot of them are downright anal idiots. but you offend those fans, you lose the right to even appear in front of tmc. about a year ago, a foreign fan, downright disgusting and shameful, did us all an injustice by breaking every single rule there was to break. and because of her, every foreign fan who goes to tmc are usually looked down upon by the japanese fans there. do not step on the japanese fans' toes and we will all be alright.
5. if you go into tmc to the cafe there, there is the restaurant master. he is a very nice and kind person, but only if you keep in proper order. remii and i are very friendly with him, and he has always been very nice to us. but that's also because we always react in the correct way. if he does not know you, he will explain the rules to you, but if you do not understand japanese, i will say it here.
---- NO taking photos. it doesnt matter whether you are inside or outside TMC. you do NOT take photos, even if it is of yourself. (there was one time this girl tried to take a photo of takuya, and i can tell you he didnt say very nice things to her. in fact, he gave her the most disgusted face and the loudest TSK i have ever heard, and he said get that camera out of my face.)
---- you ONLY stay in the cafe or go to the toilet. you do NOT wonder ANYWHERE else. and when you go to the toilet, you must get a toilet pass from the cafe owner.
---- you do NOT keep staring down the corridor. act natural. if smap appears, you will hear them coming because they always have like 10 people following them.
---- when you do see them, do NOt scream and shout and act like a crazy fan. keep calm and keep in your seat. please be reminded that this tmc place is open to public now, but then there have been lots of talk about closing it off to the public. it only takes one more asshole fan for that to become reality.
well, that'S all i have to say about this. i really want all of you to be able to go tmc and see them, but if you do not respect these rules, then you dont have the right to go. i hate to be a bitch and then write this on this so-called happy occasion, but then i have to.

WOW!!! Kawaii S CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I had to laugh at your molestation bit hahahahahaha! I would have THOUGHT the same but doing it would be a diff matter! He probably respected the fact that you were calm and collected and this is why he treated you so well.
On a nastier note, P chan youre number 4 point about Japanese fans and the whole class thing is really true?!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING Im sorry but NO ONE has the right to treat another like shit regardless of what happened previously. Having to walk on egg shells in case you offend them just so you can stay is...what are these girls yakuza or something?!!! Im not condoning that fan who acted REALLY badly but my point is who gives these head fans Queen status?!!! Yes rules are rules and having lived here for a few years I understand the culture of this but being japanese shouldnt give them a higher status, looking down on foreign fans purely because some baka annoyed them previously shows them for what they are: narrow minded and elitist and quite frankly if they acted that way with me for any reason god help them!!!!! Anal idiots they certainly sound.

so reiko told me just went into prada. actually we were just supposed to meet there and then head to Dress Camp to check out this fur i had that she also wanted to buy. but as soon as i heard she say his name i darted inside to check him out of course! how could i miss a paparazzi opportunity like that?! you all would done the same too don't lie! thank goodness i was looking pretty kawaii myself since it was my last nite and all and i had the fur on so nice and warm. i instantly didn't see him on ground floor which is just sport bags and women's shoes, so i instantly asked again which floors is mens and dashed to press the 4 button on the elevator. WOO HOO he's HOT! he was about the height i predicted, about 5'9" which is shorter than my hunny takuya. and he was wearing a knitted dark cap over his hair...damnit i wanted to see his hairdo and check out the length but at lease he wasn't wearing any sunglasses so i could absolutely check out his beautifully dark mesmorizing eyes and boy HE is HOT...oops sorry i already mentioned that! the facial hair was truly HOT in person, just the right amount to still be massively sexy!. he had on a knitted cap to hide his lovely hair...darn! but at least he didn't wear any shades so i absolutely saw those lovely dark mesmorizing eyes. but as reiko had pointed out outside, and of course i had no problem identifying the totally think tall model next to him was his half japanese/korean girlfriend named "Brenda" yep just goes by one name. reiko teased saying she wants to be famous like Madonna, but i'm like i think she looks like Oprah!..well ok not that bad, but her 32 age is showing and she didn't have any makeup. but she's totally famous all over japan and in mags and stuff, but not as tall as i thought she should be. and actually yutaka was not that short as i actually thought, about 5'9". so reiko and i pretended to be shopping for our pretend boyfriends in the mens area just to catch more secret glimpses of yutaka. anyway, reiko and i just continued to BS while yutaka was browing thru the sweater section and then little did i know that later reiko would inform me that Brenda speaks and understands perfect english...duh she was from hawaii all her life born and raised! ooops, looking back it was quite embarrasing, i was constantly asking reiko should i go ask yutaka for a pic and or talk to him, and he's soooo hot! well reiko suggested that i go ask brenda if it was ok to speak to him. and i'm like what???? is this jail? why do i have to go ask his keeper for permission to just say hi? anyway i contemplated what my next move was going to be and then yutaka went down to the mens dressing room to try on the sweater while brenda waited on the couch impaitiently eavesdropping...BTW, i actually bought a totally fricken expensive men's tee, but sooo cute. i had to buy it cuz it has a skull embroidered in prada's recent toy metallic style.
as i walked down stairs i actually caught a glimpse of yutaka in his dressing room staring and posing in his ex-model habit, and i'm like damn, show me some skin! i totally missed out. why couldn't he be trying on some underwear or something! g-string!!!! but then after i browsed a bit in women's couture, really cute stuff btw, the couple both came down and as brenda walked in front and went to the clothes, i went in for the kill!! i swooshed myself in yutaka's path and stopped and talked to him. i said oh your takenouchi-san right? i'm from the states and i admire you work including his last year summer tv drama "Ningen no Shomei" (Proof of the Man). and i've been a big fan of yours since long vaca! (haha i betrayed my husband but not saying i was actually a takuya fan since love gen!)...hahah well would you mind if we took a pic? but...I TOTALLY got rejected. well actually in a very polite way, he just kinda hesistated and stuttered "Um...chotto" and shook his head. so of course i didn't insist, but i did do a repeat takuya greeting which was...i THRUST out my right hand for the contact! haha of course how could he be rude and not give "himself" the pleasure of the opportunity to hand rape a gorgeous chick like me! haha he was so sweek so i said nice to meet you and take care yutaka! his handshake doesn't compare tho, to my hubby's, but yutaka's still HOT...haha did i mention that already!?! well i didn't care at that point whether his girlfriend eavesdroped or not cuz i'm satisfied by the fact that come on, how many girls do you know that have touched and spoken and had sooo close encounters with 2 of Japan's reknown SEXIEST and most famous men? come one ..Who...WHo...WHO???? also within the span of a week! I AM THE QUEEN! the queen of "SUKEBE"...aka philandering! and heck you that i'm soooo proud of it too! so after the shake i just casually walked away and back down to the ground floor to pay for my shirt while they two of them left without buying a single thing. haha if yutaka is serious about brenda, she would've walked outta there with like bags of the lastest collection as any other typical trophy model girlfriend should be strategizing to do when they are looking for a long-term meal ticket right! but anyway, that was a truly my cherry on top dessert moment in my jpop star search scrapbook history!
