read tis in the straits times Life! section today,tony leung who came to s'pore to promote his movies showing on STARHUB cable,said tat 2046 is seduled to b release in asia in september..hope tat the director,wong kar wei dun keep on editing 2046 n push back the release date further...=)

OMG!!!!!!!!  Takuya is in Hong kong on 1 August 2004 to do the promotion poster for 2046!!!!!! He is there for 3 days.... Rumour said that he went to HK.... so i try to search for some news on the websites but can't find any yesterday...so thought that maybe it is really just a rumour..... Until I saw THIS!!!!!!!!!!!.... He is really there..... arghhh.....*wondering* when is he going to come to Singapore....
Here are some pictures of him in Hongkong... He went to this Japanese Restaurant for his lunch since he had some freetime...

Morning latest news: 18 Aug 2004
Life Section of Straits Times last page - due to the new film edits by Wong Kar Wai, it was announced that 2046 is not going to be ready in time for the 2004 Edinburgh International Festival. It was scheduled to be the closing film screening for the film festival on the 29th Aug. It will be changed to.... ARRGGG... Dangerous Liaison by BYJ.... *faint*
They did say however, that 2046 is getting better by the day due to the edits... My version of getting better equals more of Takuya so there better be... and if WKW decides to minus Takuya mins, I've decided to boycott!! Oh boy!! 
OMG... Does that mean that the film won't be able to qualify for any chances for awards??? EEEKKS!!

Tartan Films announced that "2046" will be the closing film screening for "The Times bfi 48th London Film Festival" ...... Yokatta!!!!!!  ....The last time, 2046 was not ready in time for the 2004 Edinburgh International Festival...what a waste..... but this time definitely can make it ....everyone knows the reason lah.....hahahaha

SUGOIII... i just finished watching my taped nightly entertainment program in HK if those are familiar and they had a 2046 special with an exclusive interview with faye wong. the question was how was working with "Tak", her comments started as follows:
she said there was a new fireworks to working with Takuya than with Tony as she has had previous roles with Tony.
she said he's got this very natural talent and he's super confident in his ability
she said he's got this amazing attraction and coupled with his confident, he's so, uh...so, stutter, he's a natural born, then the interviewer interupted and said "natural born actor" but wong faye said, no he's a natural born SUPERSTAR..a real SUPERSTAR, she said it twice and with great passion in her eyes.
what an amazing feeling to have worked with him!
and of course it's friday tomr, so they save the takuya special for tomr, but since i'm flying to bangkok tomr nite i will have to watched my taped CD when i return. so tata for now!
