aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
just felt like screamin'.kept thinking of the concert and couln't help it..the only consolation is, I found vcds/dvds of SMAP past years concert at Tower Record in KL..It was a real treat..cos its almost impossible to find any smap goods in malaysia.i have watched 94,95,96,97 concerts in 2 weeks...

Wow...there is 94,95,96 and 97 concert vcd on sale at kl tower record?I have been trying to find them...all I have now are 98 onwards concert vcd...Anyway,anyone knows where to buy them in sg?or else I will buy from japan hmv...

I think these are news stocks brought in from Taiwan.Actually 94,95and 97 came in dvd formats.The DVDs cost about RM46.90 and VCDS about RM35.00...I think cheaper than HMV?I can get them for u if u will pay postage too.I am still looking for 2001 concert...any stock in Sg?

You can try yesasia.com they still have the dvd version available but not the vcd version ( 2001 concert vcd at yesasia.com is out of stock). Yesasia.com is also giving free shipping with a min purchase. Moreover the price compared to HMV jp is much more cheaper. You can take a look there.

AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!I am so stressed!!!Just received my study abroad program booklet...There are so many rules for homestay...Cannot use telephone,cannot go out alone,have to be back by around ten and might be earlier for girls,etc...the program is also quite tough.Language class from monday to friday,culture class on sat and sunday is for spending time with host family...so stressful...Wondering has anyone here done homestay in Japan before?Care to share your experience?

After your As this year, go to the japan embassy 's website and check out the Japanese Govt Scholarships ( i think known as the moubunsho)
U may gain free University there right in Japan!! @__@

what's the website? i think i heard about this before. my friend's sis went for a interview for the scholarship in the japan embassy last month. her qualifications are very good. she's studying for her honours degree in japanese studies in nus now and her japanese standard is JLPT2. i think it'll be tough for me to compete in the scholarship thingy cos i know nuts about japanese and results are average.. i guess i should be glad if i can enter local Uni. competition is so tough now with the stupid SAT as a requirement.

Hmm Mappy, think the Japan Government Scholarship you're talking about is very hard to get.
In Singapore, you have got to be a PSC scholar first(which is already very tough) and if you want to study in Japan, then the Singapore government will "recommend" you for this scholarship. But as long as you're a PSC scholar & they agree to let you study in Japan, then this Japan Government scholarship is almost a shoo-in for you.

Eh... i think that's not the scholarship that Mappy is referring to... there is this PSC scholarship of cuz..
The one she's referring to is the MONBUKAGAKUSHO Scholarship which is open for application once a year.
There's a few different types of it for you to choose to apply.

Yea, I bought it through the net. I got it off of ebay. It is a Japanese dvd, but i haven't been able to watch it yet cause it hasn't come in yet. I can't wait!!!!!!!!

Ya, last year SO LUCKY to manage go to see SMAP & takuya & his mum....... REALLY ALL DREAMS COME TRUE!  If this year i want to go still have to apply the Japan's visa again. BUT, this year i got my personal problem so can't go........
