It'll be great if your parents agree to the gathering....
Your place is very central....
A little food .....more like snacks......should not be a problem..
but nothing too messy.....
But food is not on the main menu......SMAP is...so
those going can give a "Wish List " of stuff you wanna watch...
then we can arrange for it.......
Depends on who has the tapes or DVDs or VCDs....
Next Question...will your parents be home?

This is kyoko here. i might sound alien to you pple cos i rarely contribute to the discussion thread thought surfing this discusion thread (and Smappy 76) is a must for me everyday! well, not sure if you pple mind if i join in your SMAP gathering? i'm a crazy fan of Takuya and get to know SMAP thru him. well, i dun realli know a lot of pple who are Takuya fans and hence would like very much to meet up with you pple!!!

also, the date for the gathering is not confirmed, as my house is still undergoing minor renovations, so have to reconfirm with all of you again.
maybe we can meet for lunch or something, then go to my house after that? then if minna can all bring along some snacks/drinks or some videos that you have, that would be great.

hmm reali looking forward to meeting you pple. thought a bit sort of shy cos' its the very first time in my whole life time meeting someone unknown to me and yet i feel sort of i've known you pple.
hmm as u pple know i'm a crazy fan of takuya anything that's about him will be great!!! say for example maybe some recent clips of SXS and the variety where takuya appear in Tomori & Nakai's variety (i hope i got their name right0 and where takuya is "accused" of peeping into an actress dress while he is trying to paste some sticker on her knee... i hope you pple know what i'm refering to... anyway like i say anyting with takuya i'll be contented!

Tat Downloaded clip of Kimura with Nakai and Tamori...
contains just about the most interesting section of Kimura...
That should be a special episode...for Spring Drama Promo
The name of the show is Wara ii Tomo....
Hmmm....I do not think I have that ......
General rule of the thumb...if you do not see Tsuyoshi in that show......chances are .........I do not have that..
It is a daily live talk show......they play games and stuff .......it is de rigour ...if you hve a new drama to appear on that show as part of the promotion......
It is an interesting show......provided you can understand Japanese..
there are no subtitles.....and they can speak very fast...
the games are interesting because they are done "Live"......
The hosts really have to think on their feet ...
That is where Tamori San.....comes in....he is a pro at it and an extremely fun person to watch......you'll never know what he will do.....
It is eductional in that.....you get to improve your Japanese faster..
as the topics are very wide ranging......
Recently they play games called "Breakout".....each of the co-host are locked up in a "Jail"......they must solve a riddle or puzzle b4 they can "break out".....
The ones I saw......Tsuyoshi is always unable to "breakout" in time...
Other games playes are always General Knowledge..and word play based on a given theme..Tsuyoshi always uses something....to his advantage....
he gives questions....bout Korea or in Korean.....
Most of the folks are unable to answer that.....
Then they play charade.......with kids guessing the answer....
this section is very fast paced and funny.
SMAP are part of a team of hosts headed by Tamori San......Nakai co-host Wara ii Tomo on Tuesday.....Monday is Shingo ....
Tsuyoshi co-host it on Fridays......
(erm.....I only have Fridays Wara ii tomo...)
Every Friday....the studio is full of Tsuyoshi fans....
How did I know?.......
When Tsuyoshi appears......you can hear the screams...Tsuyoshi! Tsuyoshi!
Tsuyoshi!.....
Then Tsuyoshi will respond with "I Love You"....
and the crowd will swoon........
The rest of the hosts have to bear with tat every friday.....

maybe for those who haven't watched pu sma, i've got this episode that's so funny and includes takuya... you might wanna see it.

The gathering should start early considering all the videos we have to watch. Maybe we'll meet for lunch then from there, serious SMAPping. It should take the whole day. Yay. A SMAP day...

Yea.............that should be fine......
THE FOLLOWING IS STRICTLY MY OWN THOUGHTS :
There are usually voting rights here at the gatherings.......as to what the general concensus......wants...
Most of the gathering I've been to......... always been very top heavy......
loaded with Kimura Fans at the top...
(which tends to make the agenda very Kimura.....)
I really prefer if there are fans of Shingo, Goro, Nakai and Tsuyoshi to be there.....too.....HONESTLY....
I would like to show a spectrum of other members works.....
at least one special programme for each member......
from my private collection.......(I promise... it can be something you have never seen b4 as it will not be SxS )
However if there are no fans of that member present......
I am sure I will be outvoted.....and will not be able to screen that show..
for everyone to enjoy the diversity and particular charm of that member.........
Of course there is always the Concert DVDs to satisfy every one....
and the multiangles.......of each member if the need arise......
but these are easily available here.......
of course it is only the problem of affordability...for some of us...

I do not collect Kimura.....particularly........
I collect the other 4 members's works.........instead...
any works outside of SxS....
Ah....it is not that I do not love Kimura....
but everyone collect his stuff.......and the collections are very much overlapped......
I really feel a HUGE void.....where the other members are concern...
there is simply......Nothing......
When I started out......really grasping for air....nothing at all to satisfy....other than the usual Movies and Doremas....
Other than SxS...which is a staple......
I had long decided to "throw my weight" to the other end of the scale.....
to suss out as much non SxS of the other 4 members.....
tho the collection...is not big...it is very diverse.....
and particular to that member.......
The only member I am still screaming bout is Goro Chan.....
I really do no have much on him......
I am a SMAP fan......that means all five.......
tho just leaning a little to Tsuyopon......
but.....really appreciated all of them as individuals......
and respect their works.......
To be able to see and write about them with a clearer understanding
and their unspoken words...........and thoughts.......
I need to do that.........

Yes, I think it would be really nice if we could watch the other 4 members' works...of course, it would be even better if Takuya was in it too!
But seriously, I really want to see all the other members doing stuff outside sxs cos I haven't seen anything other than that. If I wasn't on this message board, I'll be totally clueless... not that I don't want to find out more about the rest, I lurve all of them but time constraints only permit one. So thanks Mitsuru-san for helping to fill in the gaps!

It will be the real Kimura expressing himself the best he can...
under the circumstances.............
.....asking Shingo to be careful.......in what he was about to attempt...
which was a highly spectacular......but at the same time....an extremely dangerous stunt.........being broadcast "live".......
and Shingo..........heart in his mouth.....trying to "make light of the moment"..... and failing.........it was a very poignant moment....
as they both realised the seriousness and the high level of danger ....
and the concern that Kimura expressed.......
Kimura.....then hung up...in mid conversation.......
he has nothing more to say.
Suddenly Shingo felt very alone............
