Clara_26 & Juay> If it's ok with my mom, and the gathering is at my place, we usually meet at the fountain behind Borders at Weelock Place, then walk to my house, which is about 5 mins away... We should meet about 11am-12 noon.... I don't think we've decided on that yet...

BAKA!! It's on the 8th too.... I guess SMAP rules.... Damn I'll have to miss it.... 
OH, I think I'm going to bake a birthday cake for Goro Chan... We'll blow out the candles for him that night ok... unfortunatley.... he won't be there.... *sigh* Hehehee... you guys trust my baking??? Fingers crossed it'll turn out ok!!!!

i got not much of smap vcd.... thus i cant offer cos i guess u guys hav much more collection than a newbie like mi ..... i don koe if u all hav watched tis particular smap vcd - on the intro on wat they like to do most on their one day off...... the contents is takuya sewed a vest for their album-smap vest , while goro drive arn in his fav car... shingo go photo snapping, nakai went to his childhood place while tsuyoshi is in hongkong eating arn.... if hav not watch ....... i can bring it along......
for snack.... i wil get some choco....... and some tibits.... but not potato chips.... cos i belive some wil get it rite???

Juay.. that should be Smap Best which you are talking about.. quite a nice episode.. when me and my friends watching it.. we were saying.. if next time we at hmv in japan during album promotion.. whatever is on display.. we would just take and bring to counter.. might be a gift.. haha.. by the way, you can just bring as if majority did not watch before.. we can juz watch it again.. it is perfectly fine as i don't think anyone would resist in seeing our five true love..

All the above with chinese subtitles and should last for 5 hours plus if we watch everything.. Mitsuru.. (your new name too long).. i know you bring the Kimura Kekkon announcement tape.. and what else??

My dear Juay... First of all, Ganbatte ne.... So glad you're into SMAP and want to know more about them. If you have any questions or anything at all, please feel free to ask it here.... Someone is bound to be able to help you out. As for your SMAP collection, I'll have to tell you that it's not just difficult but very very expensive!!! P-chan & I literally go broke just buying SMAP stuff.... Plus, we have to continually save like crazy to go to Japan!! Hehehehe.... Besides a few shirts and 1 or 2 pairs of shoes, I haven'thad the luxury to go shopping at all thanks to SMAP.... *sigh* the things we'd do for them....
As for what we're going to watch, anyone has any special requests? What we can watch is endless!!! Wish we had all the time...
As for SXS, P-chan & I have a little bit so let me know in advance which episode so I can go check if we have it. Skate Boys Idol 1-1-1 I think we have most of it except 1 episode.
Err... what about SataSma? (remmi has never watched ShingoMama!!! *faints*) DeliSma? Tensei Shingo (Really hilarious!)? SmaStation (Shingo's English learning program - BereBera Station)? Warate Iitomo (err... only Shingo's sorry)? I've got a couple of Utaban... only those with SMAP as guests tho... Hmm... What else... any of SMAP's DVDs?? Past concerts I think everyone has seen before already right? Maybe summer Minna Atsumare Party or Sexy Six Show?? Aiyoh.... The list can go on forever.....
What about DRINK! SMAP! concert? I'm surprised no one wants to watch it!!

hello minna san... Sorry about this late info..... but our friend already bought us tickets for the red hot chilli peppers concert held on that day so shin-chan and i have to leave at least an hour and a half before the concert starts (about...6pm?)
i've kinda ran out of things to show at gatherings (can't think of what i have that's special anyway) , so heh heh. this time i'll have to come quite empty-handed!! so thanks to those people who are bringing along their stuff to watch!

Agree with Shin_chan, i spend lotsa money on buying smap stuffs too.
For the gathering, i suppose sxs,sata sma, pu sma, drink smap concert etc... are fine.
Shin_chan, i normally would invest on sxs than sata sma eh? Gomene.... dun kill mi... 
Uh... for myself, i dun really have much to contribute since i suppose most of ya have the shows.
Anyone interested in older shows? I have this show where smap attend a game show, Tokyo Friends.
Its a 96 show, all of them looked young!! Shingo too since he's only 18 then! (Shin_chan, interested??
Mori was also in it too. But there's no subtitles for it though.

hello juay! well since you mentioned that you're saving for next year's concert, you might wanna go through the old threads in the SMAP CONCERT category cos shin-chan and i previously listed out a whole list of prices of things you would need money for in japan (like air ticket prices, train passes, concert tickets, food, etc) so that might give you a rough estimate of how much you need. ganbatte ne!

OHA MINNA....
The good news is, my house is available for the gathering on the 8th. Spoke to my mom this morning and she was fine with it.....
The bad news is........got some really bad news  .... I really apologise for it but it's really out of my control... I feel horrible.....
P-chan and I are not able to take leave on the 8th of Dec... (So basically, the good news is redundant!!) Our work scedule was fixed and we've been trying to change it for the last few days but can't.... Just got off the phone with my boss about 1/2 hr ago!! It's 7am in the morning now.... We were talking to him since 12am!!!! At this point, he's still trying to sort it out for us but I think it's not likely that it would change.... Even if it did, only one of us can take leave as we are shorthanded. HONTONI HONTONI GOMENASAI MINNA !!!!!!!
So what I suggest is that you guys go ahead with the gathering without P-chan & I... It's really ok.... Just that you'll have to find another place to hold the gathering......It's such a nice day for it considering it's Goro's birthday so please go ahead...... We would so so wish to be there.... but since everyone has already made arrangements to meet don't change the date....
Really really sorry for the inconvenience guys.... regret that this is happening..... SORRRRRRRRYYYYY!!!!!! I feel so horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! 
(If any luck, one of us is able to get the day off, my place is still available. Will let you guys know asap once we find out ok)

In view of the above developments........
Does anyone has an alternative venue to offer?............. for 8 December 2002 Sunday.
Alternatively........it could be just a gathering at another location/eatery............where we can "talk Shop"...without the Video entertainment.........and get to know each other....
As the name list alot of ......new members and as well as "old" members.........
or I suggest a "picnic".............fingerfoods............and such like.......somewheres..........we all sit on the grassy knoll...... above the Orchard MRT station........( I know........there is proliferation of maids there and IT IS their hangout).........the beach is a great idea.......(but transportation is a problem)....... what the heck....we are such a noisy bunch........and ......I feel the freedom to be what you wanna be in the open......................we can have our own music...............

The beach sounds really great! How about a day east coast?? Maybe too crowded......how about Pasir Ris beach?? then we all bring a little somethg.....we need a CD player......but we wun be able to watch any programmes then...
then again, since we hv prizes, and we have some games planned......mayb not a bad idea aferall....the beach......
