this is juz a suggestion, I think maybe we can book the chalets (if there's enuff ppl,if not bbq) on the 19,20,21 of Sept coz Remii will be cumin back ard that time and I suppose everyone will be back from the concert trips.
And if I'm not wrong P-chan leaves soon after that,but if it's too rush,maybe we can juz have a small gatering at somebody's place to save all the hassel of preparing the food.

Looks like the chalet and BBQ is off,coz I think it's abit too rush for P-chan as she's leaving on the 22nd.
So we tot of juz having a gathering on Sunday 21st Sept. How is that Minna?? Den maybe we can also have a photo session and sent it to SMAP?? How's that??
A gathering at somebody's place( not decided yet) n maybe watch some SMAP programmes and stuff, eat chat and breathe SMAP!! Ops,does it sound familiar? hahahahah 
Sorry that apart from the date,nothing has been confirmed yet, but the gathering shld be held in the early afternoon.

Sorry about the late update. I'm having the NATAS Travel Fair today till Sunday so very very busy!!!
Info about the gathering.... We've decided to have it on Sunday not Sat coz.... YATTA!! Remii will be joining us!!!!!!!!!!!
I've booked a room at the Meritus Mandarin Hotel (Next to Takashimaya). I'd like to ask everyone to contribute to the cost of the room. $10 each and we'll use that money to get food and drinks as well. Depending on the turn out, we maynot need that much, so we'll see how it goes. We'll meet about 3-4pm. As I cannot bring a whole bunch of us up, we'll have to maybe go up in 3s to 4s. Those who are coming, pls PM me or SMS me to let me know.
PLEASE make sure that you have either mine, P-chan or Amamiya's ketai bango so you can call us to come get you at the Hotel Lobby. You'd need the card to go upstairs.
