I found a new site for us to share our clips.... Apparently got UNLIMITED DOWNLOADS....
I haven't tried this so I don't know if they are 1) good 2) fast 3) got pop-ups
Can the next person please try this and let's see if this one's better.... Since it doens't have a limit to the no of DLs....

About 2 hrs after I posted this msg, youshareit changed to MEGAUPLOAD!!! HAHA!
When you click on the "download" link, it'll become "expired"... wait for a while then the pop-up box for you to save file will appear. Once you re-fresh the page, it'll be downloadable again.

tTo me, Upload seems faster than yousendit but DL seems slower.
I've heard some problems with the uploading but I haven't encountered them. Apprently after uploading a while, it sometimes freezes...
However, due to the unlimited DLs for minna, I'm willing to use this more.

I used to have prob uploading to this.. esp for big files. it will freeze like u say~ & hang! I've to restart my com all over again.. So i'm still sticking to yousendit~ but for this, there's alot of pop-up right?? those advertisments etc. I once uploaded there & people told me there's lotsa pop-ups til they had prob dl-ing. But tt's the past (i think a mth ago??).. still at youshareit era.. Hahaha! so i dunno whether things had improve already or not~

I don't see much comments on the clips uploaded.... I strongly discourage "one liners" and "thank you" only posts.... But the bad part is, there's not even much thank yous posted....
It's not very nice to the uploaders who've taken the time to upload the clips and get no response (minus a few members) from most of you.
Hey but seriously, do you guys even what this DL page???
I haven't been keeping track but if no one's really DL and only a few members contribute to uploads, maybe we don't really need this page.... I'm just judging from the lack of response in terms of posts.... It will seriously save a lot of us a lot of time....
I admit I've lost a lot of enthusiasm with uploading stuff.... I can spend hours cutting and uploading clips... To upload 100MB takes almost 2 hrs. After spending all that time, there are not much response & comments.... Maybe the better word is discouraged.... So if we don't think we need this page, I can do away with it.... I'd like some feedback... Thank you...

Shin_Chan, Please don't be discouraged. The dl page is very important cuz it not only gives us a little bit of Smap but also a little bit of yourself. I can kinda tell just by some of the stuff minna dl what they like or think is funny. It makes me feel like I know you better. Or when I'm having really bad day, I can watch "The one and only flower in the world" and it makes everything better because I can laugh. That has a real positive effect on people. I really enjoy downloading stuff and wish I could do more sharing with you all so you can get to know me too. I think it may be a little slow cuz minna is working/concentrating on concerts but I'm sure once everything is in place it will pick up. I really hope you keep this page.

aww....Shin-chan, please don't close the DL page. I'm sure many people needs this page. Okay, maybe I cant say that for sure, but I'm sure that I need it. Sometimes, I have things I really want to share to people, I want minna to see it, coz I like it.....and its a joy for me, to share something I like to other people. It does makes me a bit sad, sometimes, if no one response. But, I guess, that's how most of people will go after downloading clips.....how should I explain it? hmm....like, maybe not all people knows exactly what to comment, perhaps?
If I were you, I will maintain the page, coz even though its troubling to cut out and upload clips, but as long as we enjoy doing it, and its useful for other people, and we know people downloaded the clips, even though they don't say thank you....it shouldn't be a problem.
But, I guess, its up to you, Shin-chan^^ I'll appreciate whatever decision you'll make....although I'd be very disappointed if the page closed.

i share the same sentiments too...although i havent been uploading any clips lately...cos haf been really really busy wif like work n preparing for concerts but i haf wanted to upload clips lik many many times...juz havent gotten down to doing it yet...i feel happy sharing the things i haf wif minna and esp when i need someone to talk abt a certain clip of smap to i noe dat i can use the board to do dat cos none of my frens r smap fans so it's qte difficult to get someone to u noe...say "yah!" and laugh or comment abt stuff related to smap wif u...of course i understand it's really tiring for u to upload stuff but we really appreciate it and having this page around is such a gd avenue for us to let the other board members noe more abt smap...of course i respect any decision u make in the end and of course a BIG THANK YOU for making all these possible!!!

How should I say this... It's really NOT about thank yous that I posted that msg... It's more of minna's response... Like I can be Laughing my lungs out and upload something then a week later, no one says anything... Arg, it's hard to explain... Hahah! Anyways, I'm also feeling what you guys mentioned...
Like what Megumi said... It gives us an insight to each other as well, not just about SMAP. I think the whole board is like that in a way. You can tell to a certain extent, the character of the person by they way they post... Haha!
I must apologise for my lack of 'being around' these weeks too... I haven't even posted much! I'm swamped with so many things to do, not to mention concert preperations which IS SUCH A BIG HEADACHE!!!! I had a big sobbing session last night... Oh boy... let's not dwell on it... It'll all be worth these headaches when I finally step into the dome!!!
Meanwhile, let's hope this DL page gets more active... *gambarimasu*
